You can use the following steps to cancel your subscription.
Cancel your subscription on Android device:
- Open the ‘Play Store’.
- Open the side menu.
- Click on ‘Subscriptions’.
- Click on the VoNo subscription.
- Click on ‘Cancel subscription’.
Cancel your subscription on iOS device:
- Open the ‘Settings’ app
- Click your name, then click ‘Subscriptions’
- Click on the VoNo subscription
- Click on ‘Cancel Subscription’. If you don’t see ‘Cancel Subscription’, the subscription is already canceled and will not renew.
Note:
When canceling your subscription, keep in mind that you will still be able to use VoNo PRO up until the date your current subscription ends.
