My PRO purchase was not successful, what now?

Android:
Please take a look at your subscriptions in the Google Play Store to confirm whether you have an active VoNo PRO subscription. If yes, please send an email to feedback@vono-app.com and our team will assist you. 

iOS:
Please go to your Settings, tap on your name and go to the Subscriptions to view whether you have an active VoNo PRO subscription. If you do have an active subscription, use the ‘restore purchase’ button. If this is not working, then please send an email to feedback@vono-app.com and our team will assist you.
